The Level Up retreat with Gina was a highly rewarding experience. The location at Soul Shine in Bali was beautiful and added to the overall satisfaction with the experience but it was Gina that made this a 5-Star event. Gina brings a combination of intelligence, life experience, creativity, sensitivity, and energy that is unmatched in the yoga/health and wellness community. She is genuine, insightful, and honest. These qualities allow her to connect deeply with her students and clients. I can’t see how anyone who participated in this event wouldn’t want to call Gina a lifelong teacher and friend. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Gina again as I continue on my path to greater physical, emotional, and spiritual health to create a balanced, happy, and fulfilling life.

I have been to many retreats over the past 30 years and Gina Caputo guided the most well rounded incredible experience for the Level Up Retreat I attended! Gina is approachable and dynamic so all of the group felt we were on the same level no matter what our current yoga or fitness skills were. We all knew Gina was there to give every BODY the chance to feel both challenged and empowered. The morning lessons took us through each area of wellness that addresses your Whole Self. The provocative questions for self inquiry helped me learn more about myself and develop a clear vision for my future based on my personal Why. Activities to support fitness, yoga, nutrition, creativity and play made each day end with a full heart and big smile! One of the most beautiful parts was the Balinese Water Blessing where our group received the chance to immmerse ourselves in the local culture with a Balinese Priest. I felt its use of all the entrants help me connect to nature, the divine and the other beautiful humans I shared it with. Only Gina could combine Retro dance party, caftan movie night & karaoke with still contemplative experiences the way this retreat flowed. At 61 I feel more empowered and excited for my life forward after the retreat! Soulshine Bali was the perfect place to experience this.
